General Technical Meeting
General Technical Meetings (GTM) will be held on Thursday 24th July 2025 at 17:00 CEST and will take place at University of Łódź, Faculty of Philology (ul. Pomorska 171/173 90-236 Łódź).

Hybrid meetings details
The hybrid form of the meetings will be held via the Google online meeting platform. Participants wish to use this opportunity are strongly advised to make themselves comfortable using the platform and its features prior to the championships. It is also advisable that the participants test in advance the very device they intend to use for their connection regarding its ability to run the software, establish internet connection, and correctly play and record audio.
Participation:
Online participants will take part in a standard online meeting fashion. Where able, please use just one connection for a team to reduce the number of windows and general clutter. When able, please use your team’s name as the online name.
It is preferable that you turn your camera on, especially when you speak. Your microphone, however, will be muted and controlled by the TM leader.
The TM leader will present the relevant information and show an online presentation which will be shared via the Google interface as “shared screen”. Please make yourself comfortable with this feature and make sure you are able to display the shared screen on your end properly.
