All the general, quantitativ and individual entries as well as travel schedules for each person should be filled in online via your National University Sports Association. They have the access, please reach out to your University Sports Federation.

Fees
The participation fee is Euro 75.00 per person/night.
The EUSA entry fee is Euro 50.00 per person, with discounted fee of Euro 40.00 per person for Associated universities.
- Deposit per team: 300 EUR
These fees cover all expenses from the entry point (Warszawa/Łódź) at the beginning of the Championships to the point of departure at the end of the Championships.
The fees will be charged with the registration via the National University Sports Association.
